If they’re besieging you, probably not and you should block them… have you bought something from this company in the past and, unwittingly, signed up for a mailing list? In which case, at the bottom of the email you should find an “unsubscribe” facility which you can use to stop the emails.

And, as mentioned by helvella in a previous post, you’d probably get all the necessary amino acids from an egg a day!
