Hi everyone, just diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis and yesterday was given a Methylprednisolone intramuscular injection and about to be put on Methotrexate to control condition. My question is, the methylprednisolone injection says use with caution in patients with Hypothyroidism (me, 125ug levo daily), does anyone know what it does to thyroid levels? And anyone with experience to share of methotrexate with Hypothyroidism... Want to be prepared as much as I can! Thank you ❤️

All I know is if someone goes on a steroid like prednisone chronically, the dose of levo needs to be increased.
