Blood test this morning

I have got a blood test at 9.15 in private clinic setting. I took t4 at 6.15 yesterday morning.

Do I take the t4 now before blood test as may be false low? Previously high t4 after taking thyroxine (NHS) and also after MMH finger prick test (without taking t4).

Thank you for any help and advice.

No, wait until after, a couple of hours more without won't effect the result much but if you take your T4 now it will skew the result as some have much quicker uptake than others which can cause a spike
