Difficulty obtaining Advanz/Mercury Pharma T3

Once again I am having difficulty obtaining the above T3. This time I'm being told that they are no longer manufacturing the product. I telephoned Advanz and they tell me otherwise - that the problem lays with the supplier - Alliance. This is the third time I have had to changed pharmacies - they are all Boots. Each one initially telling me they can obtain it and then some months down the line, they tell me differently - that the supplier no longer supplies it.

Advanz told me on the phone that the T3 has a short shelf life and this is why the supplier doesn't want to handle it but I find that difficult to understand.

Anyway, I have emailed Alliance - the supplier- to find out why they are no longer supplying this particular brand of T3 and I am awaiting their response.

I do not get on with some other brands otherwise I would change.

Is this NHS or private prescription

Specialist pharmacies

Some only take private prescription

It is NHS.

Try the ones that say they accept NHS proscriptions, eg Springfield Pharmacy in Richmond

Alternatively get paper prescription and ring around all your local pharmacies

Small independent ones may be more helpful

interesting. My most recent script from Boots is morningside, when I’d had Mercury for months and months. I get on ok with both, but useful to know anyway thanks

Are you still having issues as I am. They keep giving me Morningside which poisons means I cant convert it so store it!
