What do you think of these lab results?

My cousin has many symptoms of low thyroid hormones. She did a blood test and these are the results. Everything is in range but on the low side.

What do you think? Any doctor would probably say these are normal, especially considering TSH is bang in the middle.

The first thing I’d ask is, Whst time of day was the test done?

Those frees are extremely low.

So the optimal recommended time. Is this her first set of thyroid test results? Has she had antibodies tested? TSH can fluctuate.

Something worth considering is Central hypothyroidism.

Yes, antibodies were negative.

She did a test in the past and it was similar. Her doctor said no problems, of course.

Her FT4 is actually below range. That should be pointed out to her doctor.
