Low, most people need mid range or above to feel well

Could it be because I am not converting T4 ?

Could be, but if you sort out your low vits and mins this will hopefully improve

Shows you have extremely low B12, vitamin D and folate

Presumably you are now working on improving by supplements

Retest again in another 2-3 months

Ensure last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

If you normally take levothyroxine at bedtime/in night ...adjust timings as follows prior to blood test

If testing Monday morning, delay Saturday evening dose levothyroxine until Sunday morning. Delay Sunday evening dose levothyroxine until after blood test on Monday morning. Take Monday evening dose levothyroxine as per normal
