Medication advice please.

I had a total thyroidectomy in September last year and have happily been taking 125mg (100 and 25) of levothyroxine which has been Mercury Pharma brand only., as suggested by my consultant.

My GP requests this brand on my prescription, however, my pharmacy has been unable to get the 25mg on my latest request and has offered me a different brand as an alternative.

My question is it ok to mix two different brands to make up the daily dosage?
