I've included the last three sets of blood tests, all done at the same lab, fasting in the morning.
Question is whether an increase in T3 is warranted. My new Endo thinks I can go from 15mcg to 20mcg which will help with my fatigue. I have been on 15mcg for a few years and was doing well, but fatigue still does set in at least 50% of the week especially in the PM.
Thanks for your advice.

Have you tried taking it as one dose before increasing? I find if I split it I run out of energy in the afternoon but as one dose I've much more stamina 🤷♀️
My sweet spot numbers are very similar to your May results, I did increase to 20mcg earlier this year as I was doing more but I actually felt more fatigued with the increase as it lowered my resting heart rate, a real boost in energy/ stamina within 3 days when I dropped back to 15mcg
Happened to have some random tests done by GP and the extra T3 also dropped my cholesterol from 4.5 to 3.8!
I'm 72kg, 5 x 100mcg T4 2 x 150mcg and 15mcg 4-6am
That's so interesting, most people inc my Endo state that spreading it out throughout the day is more beneficial as the life of the drug in the body is c5-6 hours. However we are all different so it's interesting that all in one go works better for you.
I think it's down to how well it gets taken up by the cells where it actually does it's thing, for me to have a similar feeling on a split dose I need to take 25mcg 🤷♀️
Certainly worth experimenting you'll know within days, it would seem a good many of us are happier on a single dose and it's so much easier 😅
