Can I just check if I am reading TSH results correctly.

Free T4: 12.5 pmol/L

TSH: 0.79 miu/L

This person is experiencing symptoms of hyperthyroidism, but her results are classified as normal.

Any suggestions what she should do?

We always need range on results

Different labs have different ranges

what’s the range on Ft4 …looks possibly low ….suggesting hypo

For full Thyroid evaluation she needs TSH, FT4 and FT3 tested

Also both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested at least once for autoimmune hypothyroid

TSI or Trab antibodies for autoimmune hyperthyroidism

Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 too
