Any one having issues with the above? I was with lloyds which has now been taken over by the above, after nearly 4 weeks I still haven’t received my prescription. Several emails have now been exchanged, today’s email just says the only thing they can get is Teva. Want to guess the one thing I can’t take, and they have been told this. I take t3 and levo, reserve drugs almost gone, emails now getting fierce, why can’t they just leave things alone. 🤬🤬🤬

I used Pharmacy 2U years ago but it was not a good experience, sounded great in theory but not in practice. Emails and phone calls unanswered, never knew what was going to turn up, or not.

Bit too much like Russian Roulette for my liking. I thought they were poor when drugs were out of stock. I've found independent pharmacies are much better.

Ok thank you. What I don’t understand is most of this is repeat prescription, same order every month why do they not have stock? Big company too. The hunt for an independent begins😊

get prescription back

Or a new prescription from GP

(Explain what’s happened)

Ring around different pharmacies to find brand you need.

Get in touch with them.

Someone called Ben helped me when I was sent Teva instead of Accord not so long ago. He went out of his way to make sure I got it. I would give you his email address but it includes numbers that might be about my own query. He is such a helpful person and we exchanged a few emails until he was sure I had received my prescription correctly.

Hi yea I understand the privacy issue. Some of my problem could be the fact that all my emails have been replied to by different people. They have now referred it back to my gp to sort out as an emergency case. They think I ran out last week 😉. Not great service, gonna try boots I think

Hi I have trouble with Teva also, but Teva is a cheap brand, I phoned the surgery and the surgery Pharmacist rang me back I explained that the brand I have always had needs to be kept at that, she said she could put the name on my repeats for future use and she also put No Teva products for any of my repeats (Job Done) I advise you to try that and also to check what is in the boxes that you receive as I have had some Teva sent inside another makers box good luck.

Hi thanks for reply, yes I’m off to surgery Monday about my emergency supply that no one has been in contact about yet. Sadly it’s all about the money not health care. I played this game a few years ago, I had a run with morningside for a while, all good felt well on it, then suddenly it was out of stock everywhere or there was manufacturing issues. Phoned morningside no issues as far as they knew. It’s hard enough to get the treatment as it is without all this hassle. Hey Ho keep smiling 🙂🙂
