Recent Hyperthyroid diagnosis

Hello, newbie here looking for advice

I was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism at the beginning of the month . My blood test results are,

Serum TSH: 0.02 range 0.3-4.5

FT4: 36.4 range 11-22

FT3: 9.7 range 3.1-6.8

TSH <1.0 range 1-1.8

I haven’t spoken to my gp since my results have come in but I know they have sent for a referral to Endocrinologist that I am waiting to hear from.

From my results does anyone know what I might expect in the way of medication? Also I am due to have a hysterectomy next month but unsure if the hyperthyroidism may delay this until treated?
