autoimmune gastritis

hi everyone,

anyone have any knowledge on links between hashimotos and gastric mucosal disease/autoimmune atrophic gastritis/ biermans disease / thyroid gastric autoimmune syndrome. I spoke to an immunologist who told me links to the above and the association between hashimotos . I have also been tested for pernicious anemia and although negative I know the tests are unreliable. He has advised I see a gastroenterologist . My son has Crohns . I have had stomach issues for years now and am wondering now if I’ve had a mild form of crohns ( my son has had horrendous episodes which i haven’t). I have spoken for years to endocrinologists and gps about my stomach cramps And they have never mentioned the above.

I’d be grateful for anyone’s knowledge.

Are you on gluten free and/or dairy free diet

are your vitamin levels optimal

hi slow dragon. Mostly gluten free and I try to limit dairy, my vutimin levels are far from optimal. Can never get them in good range.
