when T4 and T3 are in range and you feel well , then TSH 0.4 is fine . i'd have no worries at all .
large long term studies of patients on levo showed TSH between 0.04 and 0.4 had no more risks associated with it than TSH 'in range' does ..... below 0.04 and the associated risks did increase but you are fine at 0.4 : healthunlocked.com/thyroidu... useful-evidence-that-tsh-between-0.04-0.4-has-no-increased-risk-to-patients-on-levothyroxine-updated-new-study-does-show-small-risk
Hi, Ferritin is 190. D vit was once very low and I'm taking supplement - 25000 IU every two weeks. It was 41, now it is 80.4 nmol/l. Folate and b12 are in normal range but lower.
I don't take supplements for b12 or folate cause my endo said there's no need?
About d vit - I did try to take smaller doses every day for 6 months or so but there was no improvement so now I take a big dose every two weeks and the number is climbing so...
And I got coeliac test a year ago and it was negative-no coeliac, it was because I also have microscopic colitis. Since then I am strictly gluten and dairy free and very careful about what I eat. It took a while but my MC is under control now (thank god because it was horrid).
I also take Mg glycinate 350mg in 3 separate doses daily and it helped me very much with sleeping properly.
