Do you mean you stopped Levothyroxine ?

it takes much longer than weeks off levo to see what levels are without it ... you'd have to be off it for at least 6-8 wks

your latest TSH / fT4 / fT3 test results will be misleading unless you've been taking a stable dose of levo for 6 wke previously.

I’m sorry you feel so low, but would urge you not to stop your thyroid medication.

3 weeks ago, both  tattybogle and  SlowDragon gave great suggestions to you in this post

Do reread these replies, as by following similar advice I like many others here) have managed to turn my physical and mental health around, as the vast majority of adverse symptoms were linked to thyroid medication and key vitamins being optimal.

wanted to see if it made any difference re tired etc thank you

And did it make any difference?

What exactly did you stop?

If you need to take paradoxtine for weight-loss, and medication for high blood pressure, then it rather sounds as if you're under-medicated and need more levo, not less. But doubtful those things would affect your blood test results. :)

Are you now taking daily vitamin B complex and separate B12 as well

And increased vitamin D supplements

Stopping levothyroxine almost always initially results in reduced symptoms before becoming significantly worse

You will need to start back on levothyroxine and take same dose and brand Levo for minimum 6-8 weeks before retesting

ALWAYS test early morning and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

As said previously, your results suggest you need dose increase in Levo

Once you are optimally medicated on thyroxine your blood pressure may right itself.
