Hello, welcome to the forum. It kooks as if you need an increase in your levothyroxine dose. Your TSH is too high. It needs to be around 1 . You mention taking other medicines, do you take them at or near the same time as your T4 ie levothyroxine ? You need to leave at least a 2 hour gap. Also not eat for 2 hours after a dose or 1 hour before eating.
You have Hashimoto’s as you have above range antibodies. You need to supplement Vitamin D and probably other vitamins too. Magnesium is low .It’s a shame that the folate & ferritin results aren’t available. I think your blood sample wasn’t well handled as it haemolysed. Presumably this isn’t an NHS blood test, are you in the UK?
