Hello everyone

Just received my results today & wondering if someone could kindly advise me?

I am currently on 100mcg of levothyroxine per day and this was last taken 6am Monday morning and the test was done at 8.30 am Tuesday morning

I also take other medication for Lupus high blood pressure depression

Hello, welcome to the forum. It kooks as if you need an increase in your levothyroxine dose. Your TSH is too high. It needs to be around 1 . You mention taking other medicines, do you take them at or near the same time as your T4 ie levothyroxine ? You need to leave at least a 2 hour gap. Also not eat for 2 hours after a dose or 1 hour before eating.

You have Hashimoto’s as you have above range antibodies. You need to supplement Vitamin D and probably other vitamins too. Magnesium is low .It’s a shame that the folate & ferritin results aren’t available. I think your blood sample wasn’t well handled as it haemolysed. Presumably this isn’t an NHS blood test, are you in the UK?
