Graves disease Auto Immune Diet

Hello again. All has settled with tablets. Thyroid levels are normal again, so my Carbimazole dose has been reduced by half to 5 mg per day. I just wondered if anyone had tried any Thyroid diet plans with success. Not necessarily to lose weight, though I've put nearly a stone on with ATD but more to increase the chances of success with the ATD. I've heard diet can play a key role in receiving remission and avoiding RAI treatment. Any recommendations???
