I have had no comment from these recent results from my gp. Currently I am struggling to sleep, my heart is palpitating ALOT, I am feeling cold to the bone and shivery but no temperature.
These are familiar symptoms but if I am understanding the results, my TSH is borderline or just under but yet my T4 is show I have enough thyroxine in my system? Have I got this right.
Should I question this with my GP?
Second photo in comments if I can as I can only post one pic.. sorry
Thank you

Having such a high FT4 is bound to lower your TSH to the bottom of the range. That's the way it works. You have more than enough T4 in your blood. Question is: how much of that is being converted into T3? Probably not a lot. But you need your FT3 tested to find out.
could you be experiencing menopausal symptoms? I don’t know your age.
The cross over of symptoms between menopause and hypothyroidism are substantial and can be very confusing.
I have mentioned this before on this forum as I replace both estrogen and thyroxine due to pituitary issues and trying to figure out which symptom relates to which hormone is a continuing battle. It’s an endocrinologists nightmare.
Nighttime palpitations and insomnia are most definitely menopausal. You also mention feeling cold and chilled to the bone. This too is very menopausal. Of course, if you’re not menopausal then you're right to be questioning your thyroid levels.
