After years of having low vitamin levels and low end T4 results it appears all is now fine! Thank you to SlowDragon for suggesting private blood test.

How do you feel on these results? I know that I’d feel very symptomatic with these levels still, but appreciate everyone is different. Just curious…

Honestly, I'm exhausted most of the time and usually end up having a sleep during the day, dry skin, I'm sure my eyebrows are disappearing etc... Just out of curiosity, which levels do you think are "off"?

That’s what I imagined you might say. I’m no expert and hopefully SlowDragon or greygoose will be along to comment. However, from my own experience and reading this forum, I’d expect your TSH to be less than 1. Also, your FT4 is only 18% through range and your FT3 only 46%. I need both my frees (FT4 and FT3) to be at least 60%, if not more, to feel okay.

Thank you! I'm not actually diagnosed with any thyroid issues, just investigating reasons as to why I don't feel great.

Sorry, my bad! That'll teach me not to read people's previous posts etc 🙂 Hope you feel better soon.

Are they sending new test to redo folate and ferritin

Vitamin D and B12 are now significantly better

Retest full thyroid levels again in another 2-3 months

See if thyroid levels are improving now you have got vitamin levels much better

I'll ask about sending new test for ferritin and folate. I only got results yesterday and was so chuffed to have got b12 and vit D up! Do you think thyroid levels are still iffy then?

Thyroid levels have improved

I would expect they might improve further at next test

Important to maintain good vitamin levels going forward
