Hopefully getting closer to just a bit more tweaking...?

Right, over the speed bump that happened around Feb. After speaking to endo, reduced Levo to 50mcg and am back up to 5mcg x3/ day T3. I have been feeling more stable and a bit more alert, more energy for about 4 weeks. Just recently started slowing down again, sluggish bowels, cold intolerance, dry skin and a bit of negativityy creeping back. Sometimes when I take my T3 I start to feel a bit more 'normal' 'back in the room again' but this is becoming less so or short-lived.My bloods came back today:

TSH 0.02 (0.27-4.2)

T3. 6. (3.1-6.8)

Free T4 16.8 (12-22)

I wonder if/hope I'm getting closer to the last bit of tweaking?

suggest you try small increase in Levo

Which brand is 50mcg

Have you got any 25mcg tablets you can cut in half to add 12.5mcg ……perhaps initially just two days a week

Use a weekly pill dispenser

Retest in 6-8 weeks

What are your most recent vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 results

Hi SlowDragon. Thankyou for that. I take accord. I do have a pill cutter so I can give it a go 2 days a week to start. . My Vit D was around 90 (I take 4000iu/day) B12 was in range (not optimal) my folate didn't work for some reason. I probably need to get them all retested again. What could the results show? I'm waiting for my cortisol (saliva) test results too. Really grateful for your input.
