I found this article in Drugs.com about how long Cytomel stays in your system.. (12.5) days which seems like a long time.

I think they are looking at five half-lives, 2**5 = 1/32 nd dose. Also the two and a half day half-life probably refers to the tissue half-life not the usual serum half-life Doesn't mean much because T3 will come from other sources such as the thyroid or conversion of T4.

Two 'depends', here:

- depends how much you're taking

and

- depends on your definition of 'the system'. :)
