Capsules containing Pumpkin seed extract, soy lecithin (soybeans), yellow beeswax, rice bran oil, bovine gelatin, glycerin, purified water, annatto extract. Jude supplements for bladder health. I hope this helps

Soy lecithin should be ok. It's in chocolate. It doesn't affect me like other forms.

Thank you Greygoose. That's a relief as these supplements are really helping with my bladder urgency.

Thanks for posting

I've just started taking Jude and hoped the soy lecithin would be OK!

Glad the capsules are helping....crossing my fingers!

I was panicking when the posting came up about thyroid and soy. I'm just starting to see small improvement after 3 weeks and hoping in due time would get even better. I knew the best place to get a correct answer quickly was here and I wasn't disappointed. Greygoose stepped up as always. I'm so grateful and relieved. Good luck with Jude.❤️

Where would we be without greygoose....she is amazing and I've learned so much thanks to her vast knowledge.

I did a quick search on soy/ thyroid and just took a chance on Jude....seems it's OK, but you were more sensible to ask!!!

'Jude' resonated with the line in Beatles song...

"Hey Jude, don't let me down."

Take care x
