Your conversion from fT4 to fT3 is pretty terrible, shame the ferritin and folate results failed... looking like you'd benefit from some T3

Free T4 (fT4) 19.3 pmol/L (12 - 22) 73.0%

Free T3 (fT3) 3.8 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 18.9%

T4:T3 Ratio 5.079

Thank you I payed Private for theses tests I will contact them regarding failed results. I am so grateful for your response I'm not very well at all

I'm not at all surprised you feel grim with such low fT3, yes worth contacting them as they should send you a replacement, it's often an issue if things get held up in the post or folate can fail if you squeeze your finger

So not long been back on 75mcg after 5 weeks on only 50mcg

Blood test should be 6-8 weeks after being on constant unchanging dose and brand of levothyroxine

So probably tested too soon

Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)

Is this how you did test?

Which two brands are you taking for 25mcg and 50mcg

What vitamin supplements are you taking

I think you are right tests done to soon . I did do the test in the morning at 8 .00 am and my last dose of my meds 24 apart . I know one make of meds I take Mercury and will have to check the other when I'm home ...thank you for your message really appreciated.

I was taking vitamins B12 omega 3 collagen and zinc magnesium I stopped for around week and a half
