so after my results I am going to take selenium and B6
I’ve switched over to gluten free and will reduce dairy
I’ve checked on how to get levothyonine and it looks dismal so I’m trying ways to boost my t3 naturally
Any thoughts would be most welcome

No point in taking just one isolated B vit. They all work together so need to be kept balanced. Best thing to do is to take a B complex. But make sure it has methylcobalamin, not cyanocobalamin, and methylfolate, not folic acid.
And pyridoxal-phosphate/pyridoxal-5-phosphate/P5P - not pyridoxine!
helvella - Vitamers of Vitamin B6
Some time ago, I mentioned that the form in which we take vitamin B6 is important. I think I linked to this paper:
A word of caution regarding selenium; doses of above 400ug per day have been shown to be toxic.
In the past, I have supplemented with 200ug when diagnosed with active Thyroid Eye Disease (as studies have shown it can help mild/ moderate cases if taken for 6 months). I then reduced to 100ug. Selenium supplementation did reduce my antibody levels (however, they still remain over range).
As Brazils can contain 50-90ug selenium each (depending on selenium content of soil where grown) it’s not advisable to take a selenium supplement AND eat a couple of Brazils a day.
This is really useful... healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
Word of caution, don't overdo B6 as it is one that can become toxic so 10mg if regular or short term a higher dose is ok
