Morning all,

Hope you are all ok.

Does anybody take tart Cherry Supplements for joint pain and sleep, if so what do you recommend - juice or capsules ?

Have a lovely day.

I used to struggle with insomnia a lot as I have Fibromyalgia. I found a supplement in Savers that combined 5HTP and sour cherry juice. It was a tablet. I thought they were quite good but my sleep has vastly improved since I started taking Levo and T3 together. So I gave them to my son lol and he now uses them.

When I had gout a while ago, I took both! I also indulged myself in a little cherry jam - just for the heck of it! :)

I take a capsule of montmerancy cherry daily (along with glucosamine and turmeric) all to help mild arthritis symptoms.

I bought 6 bottles of tart cherry juice last year thinking it would help my arthritis, it didn’t so I decided not to waste any more money. It is very expensive even though I bought them on a special offer.

I took Nu U Montmorency Cherry about four years ago. Great for pain and for sleep (melatonin) but they gave me dreadful diarrhoea.
