Cortisol Saliva test - Regenerus/Doctors Data query

I had planned to test tomorrow. The instructions say you can ship on a Friday. Does the saliva stay frozen in the coolbox until Monday or do they work Saturdays? Just want my saliva to be at its peak when tested given the cost!

Also when the first test is upon waking, is that a natural wake up or is it ok to set an alarm?

If in doubt I'd leave them in your freezer and post next week, they send them on to America so I don't quite know how it works

Isn't there's done with Labrix and 30 mins after waking so it doesn't matter how you wake up 🤗

Ok thanks. I’m doing a CAR so 5 mins after waking then 30 and 60 after plus lunch, dinner and bedtime.

Have been up with my daughter who is ill so haven’t done it today after all!

It says no anti aging creams. Any idea if that would include hylauronic acid or retinol?

Really? I've no idea, but presumably just avoid for the day?

I did the CNS Labs last and they don't ask any of these things, I remember the Regenerus ones are like sitting an exam 😕

Doing my test (exam!) today. Any idea if I’m ok to use an HRT spray? I avoided it this morning but have a headache possibly as a result TiggerMe

Just looked back at my exam sheet and I'd marked 12-24 hours since last spray so I would have done it the night before and then not on the day of spitting 😁 I'd usually do 2 squirts morning and night
