Everybody can have a different opinion and everyone’s circumstances are different. Therefore all the forums will have the same “rule” which if not obeyed will mean the post being removed.

If you say "Doctor X" is awful, then that doctor might be upset. Understandably.

Are you willing to take responsibility for a libel case?

I'm not.

As an admin, allowing such posts to remain could make me a party to such a case. HU have never said they will protect us from legal action.

I know there are sites which allow much more open comments but we don't.

Also, even if the comments are positive, the doctor might not be happy at being singled out. They likely don't want the attention that might be drawn by having comments such as "Happy to prescribe T3 or Armour".

As discussion of moderation policy really is off topic for this forum, I'll close this post to replying.
