not receiving daily posts

hello lovely people, just asking if anyone else has been having difficulties receiving daily email updates from the site? For some reason I’ve not received any for the last week?🤷‍♀️

First I'll suggest the obvious... check your spam/junk folder.

Then I'll suggest you check your email settings in your profile to make sure nothing has gone awry there.

I thought the same, then checked spam and they are in there. Not sure why they are getting spammed when they all got through before. I think there is a way of marking them as 'safe'. Start by adding the HealthUnlocked email address to you contacts.

I have had the same issue and thankfully found them all in my junk file.No idea, why this has changed in the last week. I haven't intentionally changed my settings and it seems odd that quite a few people have had the same issue.

I thought it was only me. 😀

But obviously something, somewhere, for a few people has changed.

But they should be in one of your files, junk, spam or bulk.

It is something that happens quite often.

Maybe something changed within the emails which triggers detection as junk. But maybe the detection of junk within your. email system has changed.

Most of us use systems which update regularly - often without us being aware. That includes the email server systems as well as what you use on your device.

I use several different email programs and it is quite possible one would see an email as junk while another does not. But once it has been sent to the junk folder, it will be there for all my systems (with the way I am set up).

I had this problem then noticed they were going into my junk folder instead. My teci daughter then got them changed , don’t ask what she did and they now come in my inbox as usual. Do you know anyone teci? That could help? My daughter is away at the moment otherwise I could ask for you. Message me if you can’t solve it and I will ask her.

Thank you so very much. I’m the least technical person you’ll ever meet! I’m going to ask my daughter. I’ve googled it, think I need to get onto my laptop? At least I know where the messages are now. Again thank you so much, I do appreciate your very kind offer, I could well be in touch!😂🙏

me too. They have always come into my usual inbox. Now I get nothing then all u sudden get about 3 days worth jump into my junk box..my settings etc haven’t changed. Been happening for around ten days.

It’s rather strange isn’t it? I’d not changed anything on my phone either. Never thought of looking in the spam folder 😂

HU might have changed something within the emails. But the email servers your email comes through might have been updated so that they indicate these emails are likely spam.

Also, even though you might do nothing, some email apps update their spam recognition automatically.
