Putting on weight

I have under thyroid and have posted a few questions so sorry for another one. Do any if you find if you put on the slightest but of weight it triggers you to go more underactive? For example at Xmas like most people I put on a bit of weight then I feel I go underactive and then put on more weight.

Hi sorry for typos is question. I take 100mg of Levothyroxine and I weigh between 59kg when heavier to 54kg. When I get to 54kg I feel great but can't seem to maintain that weight. I'm 5ft 5inch. 48 years old. I take a very good vitamins and minerals and all my blood tests from GP says I'm fine.

so dose by weight is approximately correct

At 54kg …..perhaps dose even a bit too high

Being on higher dose can make you feel hungrier and eat more
