I started taking cocodamol yesterday but have just read it should not be taken with thyroxine .is this something I should check?

Welcome to the forum Crichard38. Levothyroxine should always be taken on it's own, to avoid any issues with ingredients of other medicines. So taking co-codamol isn't a problem, just make sure you leave at least an hour between taking each of them.
