Grain free B12 injections - hypersensitive

Hi, just wondered if anyone has advice re trialling B12 injections which I've just been offered by GP. I am totally grain free, medication and chemical reactive (so don't take any and avoid as much as possible). So far I've been using grain-free (even in production) oral and sublinguals but would like to try what I assume will be hydroxo, but as carefully as possible. I'll post on the PA site too, but I know some on here will also be TGF and reactive. I'd thought perhaps a small trial dose for initial injection rather than a full dose. Thanks for any ideas or thoughts.

7Glad to read you have had some response to your B12 issue on the PAS Forum. Am afraid I am unable to help further. I do inject weekly due to B12D ....

I want to congratulate you on your EXCELLENT responses on the Fibro Forum ! Several years ago I often suggested 'ruling out deficiencies' of B12 - Folate - Ferritin - VitD ...

and thyroid issues with testing. I was banned for having 'an agenda'. Hopefully the climate has changed ! I still am allowed to read posts but cannot comment !

Keep up the good work - your knowledge and experiences are invaluable. Thank you...

How lovely of you to say that! I try to be mindful on the fibro forum as I believe that the causes are not the same for us all (as with restless legs syndrome), so sometimes one thing may help someone, but not everyone. For me, the things you mention are 'foundational', like good digestion - we are not what we eat or supplement, but what of that we can digest, metabolise and use where needed, so getting those basics checked for everyone with any chronic or confusing condition seems like an essential first step. Then you look at what you are left with! (and quit gluten........). It always cheers me to see your posts, such clear and sensible reasoning, so thank you to you too and continued health and improvement x
