hi all,

Having seen some other members have had some good results on Zoe I have signed up and paid for it, now just awaiting my kit.

just wanted to see if anyone has any dos and donts about how to get the best out of the programme.

hi Wired …. I’ve certainly thought about it and think it looks great … just cost prohibitive ….or I’d be on it already

Yes it’s expensive but you can’t put a price on health, I’ll just have to cut back on some luxuries to pay for this and improve my health

I’m not signed up to Zoe, but have read that when the initial period you’ve signed up for runs out all your results get wiped, so make sure you’ve copied them!

There’s probably a Zoe user’s Facebook group.
