Strides Pharma T3

I have just received my regular script of T3 and my pharmacist is aware of me being brand sensitive. I usually have Morningside but have been given Strides Pharma (a brand I haven't heard of). Can anyone tell me whether this brand contains Mannitol/Acacia as those ingredients made me very ill with other brands. I did download a copy of a document from this site that lists certain ingredients in certain brands but I can't find it

anyone else's experience on this brand please>

The Patient Information Leaflet is available here:

products.mhra.gov.uk/search...

6. Contents of the pack and other

information

What Liothyronine Sodium Tablets

contains

• The active substance is liothyronine

sodium. Each tablet contains 5 micrograms

or 20 micrograms of liothyronine sodium

• The other ingredients are mannitol, maize

starch, gum arabic powder (Acacia),

sodium hydroxide and magnesium

stearate.

helvella's medicines documents (UK and Rest of the World) can be found here:

helvella - Thyroid Hormone Medicines

helvella has created, and tries to maintain, documents containing details of all thyroid hormone medicines in the UK and, in less detail, many others around the world.

This link takes you to a page which has direct links to the documents from Dropbox and QR codes to make it easy to access from phones.

The UK document contains up-to-date versions of the Summary Matrix for tablets, oral solutions and liothyronine available in the UK.
