I have moved from overseas where I was taking T3/T4 combo. I need to find a new doctor ASAP as I haven't had levels checked for at least 18 months. Is Shandeep Momi good? I need full thyroid testing as well as extensive bloodwork

Thanks

You are advised to get full thyroid profile bloods done to include TSH, FT4 & FT3 + vitamins ferritin, folate, B12 & D3 and antibodies before your appointment to avoid wasting your first visit.

There are a number of private blood test companies in the UK. Thyroid UK offer discounts with most of them. It would likely be far cheaper for you to get your own tests run with one of these companies to take along with you to your first appointment.

See link for companies offering private blood tests & discount codes, some offer a blood draw service at an extra cost.thyroiduk.org/testing/priva...

There is also a new company offering walk in (includes free blood draw) & mail order blood tests in London, Kent, Sussex & Surrey areas. Check to see if there is a blood test company near you. onedaytests.com/products/ul...

Only do private tests on a Monday or Tuesday to avoid postal delays.
