Ndt dosing

Hi. I take 1 3/4 grains of thyroid s , 1 grain around 7am. 3/4 grain around 2Pm. To get an accurate reading what time should I take my afternoon dose please?

If I skip the afternoon dose prior to bloods I come back low in the tests. I would hold off on the morning dose, have your bloods at 7am and then take after that.

I have been taking thyroid s for years now and take 1.1/4 at 6.30am and the other 1 at around 1.30pm. The only thing I change when have my bloods taken is (Not to take the am one of the day of the test.
