I am now medicated but still suffering tendon pains in my hands wrists & shoulders. Current endo is saying it’s not the hashimotos but I am sure it is.
Rheumatology showed nothing so they put me on NSAIDs
I am looking for a 2nd opinion;
From the thyroid UK list I can see - Dr Rehman Khan
Not on the list - Dr Mark Vanderpump
or if anyone has any recommendations of an endo who has taken the pains seriously?
Please can anyone share their views on the above with me positive or negative.
PMs only please.
Thank you in advance and have a lovely Christmas

With any recommendation that you get, it is advisable to complete further research yourself before making a decision.
It is a good idea to have thyroid blood tests (TSH, FT4 and FT3) alongside key vitamins (ferritin, folate, B12 and vit D) prior to your appointment. This allows you to discuss the results with the endo at the first meeting.
