Hi Chouchou. sorry to hear your so poorly. Have you a recent B12 result? Are you on any medication? Ferritin can go up quite a bit in six months, mine did after a couple of weeks on a supplement. Maybe ask to have it checked again in 3 months to make sure nothing more is going on.

Are you supplementing B12? Over range b12 without supplementation can indicate kidney problems.

I have been but it’s been high for a long while . I checked kidney and they are good.

Maybe give the milkthistle a break as not good with thyroid hormones and look at pernicious anaemia symptoms. You can still have problems with lack of B12 when your bloods are high. There is a PA forum on health unlocked you could take a look at if you feel able.

Thank you . My brain doesn’t even function so reading this it says it’s not good? But better liver function helps conversion?

My liver enzymes is very high so I don’t know how to help it. I’m taking 1200mcg NAC but that doesn’t seem to be helping.

Thank ypu again
