I’m wondering why my emails are ending up in my junk mail.

How can I correct that?

Difficult to answer as there are so many combinations of device and software you could be using.

If you have a mouse, try right-clicking on the mis-filed email and see if there is an option to trust the sender, mark it not junk , or something like that.

But BE CAREFUL!

An awful lot of what ends up in my junk mail are emails which are fake. They might look as if they are legitimate but are actually potentially dangerous.

If you say you trust them, they have got past your defences and are on the way to winning.

Thanks for replying. I’m not too savvy, was able to transfer it to my inbox. I’m using an iPad and only able to navigate basic skills. Will try to ask a more savvy user in my house for help

Add the email address of the sender of the email to your email contacts list. I'm not positive it will help, but it might.

I use gmail - I can select/click any message that is in SPAM and press NOT SPAM (meaning this message is not spam) and the message then shows up in my inbox. The AI bot learns quite quickly but it may happen a couple of times again. I'm totally unfamiliar with an I Pad but whatever you use for email delivery will likely have the equivalent (I think).
