timing of meds before blood test on Monday morning please

hi

I’m currently taking 75mcg levothyroxin and 5mcg t3 first thing each morning

I also now have added another 5mcgs t3 which I take mid afternoon.

I’m due to have a blood test at 9 on Monday.

i wont take Monday mornings meds until after b/t.

I’m not sure about the T3. Shall I take both as normal tomorrow morning and then not take my t3 tomorrow afternoon?
