On a T3 trial need advice

I’ve been on a T3 trial for 4 weeks now and although my brain feels clearer in some ways I’m also having a lot of headaches at what feels the from of my head and my thoughts are starting to feel skippier and not quite like me, I’m starting to feel emotional and insecure ,my digestive tract is going haywire and this will sound odd but when I’ve been under medicated in the past I get a patch of skin on my ankle that gets itchy.

I think I might be too low on my T4 now because I don’t feel quite right. The Endo lowered my T4 but I managed to get them to only lower it by 25mg from 137.5mg to 112.5mg . I’m on 2 x 5mg of T3, I’m taking one dose at 6:30 am when I take my levo and I take the second dose at about 4pm.

I’m going to get my bloods tested because the last 2 times I have the Endo hasn’t shared them with me, I’m hoping you guys on here can shed some light on what’s going on when I have them.

Please can you advise what times I should take my T3 dose the day before the test? I know not to take my T4 on the morning of the test but I’ve read on here that T3 should be 8 hours before it, I don’t know how to take my doses the day before because I only have 2 x 5mg a day.

The best time to do a thyroid function test is 9 am or just before so, the day before your test, take your Levothyroxine and your first dose of T3 at 9 am (if this will be 24 hours before you test) and delay your second dose of T3 until 9pm (or 12 hours before test time)

what was Ft4 result BEFORE reducing dose levothyroxine

all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

On T3 - day before test split T3 as 2 or 3 smaller doses spread through the day with last dose 8-12 hours before test

When were vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin last tested

What vitamin supplements are you taking
