Has anyone got an opinion on these please? Looking at the amounts of the ingredients, these would appear very good value if only one per day is taken rather than two.uk.iherb.com/pr/life-extens...

100mg (5882% RDA) of B6 isn't advisable, I think its suggested not more than 10mg for daily use

It is also in a strange mixture of forms:

Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl and pyridoxal 5' phosphate)

helvella - Vitamers of Vitamin B6

Some time ago, I mentioned that the form in which we take vitamin B6 is important. I think I linked to this paper:

Thanks. I must admit it was the B6 that was my only concern, otherwise I wouldn't hesitate about getting them.

I've sent a message to Life Extension with the link to the article, asking why they would put antagonistic forms of B6 into their product. Be interesting to see if they reply with an explanation.

That was why I thought the dose could be halved or even take one capsule every 3-4 days as most of the levels of vets are high. This would make it very cost-effective.

I suppose you could... 🤷‍♀️ like many things in life boom and bust might be the way to go

I don't know what the bodies ability is to absorb higher levels of these things or store them... so you might take larger amounts but only be able to utilise a small amount?

Thanks. The active b complex certainly looks a possibility. I would probably only take one a day so looks good value for money.
