Covid advice

Has anybody got any advice on how to deal with Covid when on combination therapy? I've just gone down with it for the first time and I'm wondering if I should just continue as normal.

Have a pretty high fever and heart rate...wd the T3 exacerbate this?

Carry on as normal. You don't know what effect any change in dose would have on a body that's already fighting an illness. Also any changes in doses requires the body to adapt to that change and your body is busy enough dealing with COVID.

I agree with lala. Wouldn't change anything. High heart rate and respiratory rate is pretty common in any viral fever.

I'd take zinc asap, cannot comment on your meds though. This video is about Vitamin D in Israel and both doctors use zinc to speed recovery. A long watch but very informative.

Thanks Mixteca. I have heard about this and have been taking significantly more Vit C and D than usual....I really believe it has had an impact. My Vit D also has K2 in it because I am worried about taking one without the other and also about overdosing but my Vit D levels too a hit earlier in the year so I don't think I'd get toxic.

Patrick Holford agrees with your Israeli study too.

I started K2 when I doubled dose to 400, Not really necessary on lower.
