Thyroid meds before blood test

i am doing an advanced thyroid blood test tomorrow before a check up with endocrinologist. I take 100 levothyroxine per day in the morning with 10mcg T3 ( Thybon henning) . I know not to take the levo tomorrow before my blood test but what happens with the T3. Thanks

Tomorrow morning split the T3 into 2. Take one dose in the morning and then next 5mcgs 8-12 hours before your blood test.

Take Levo 24 hours before the test. Fast from when you wake up until after the test drinking only water.
