For many years I was on Cynomel but after a long time in hospital I was only given T4.
When I was back home I spoke to the GP and he prescribed T3 by TEVA which really suited me.
Unfortunately this was changed and I was prescribed ROMA instead which made me very tired and altogether didn't suit me in other ways as well. That's why I'm wondering what experience other people had comparing TEVA with WOMA?

I was told by my GP to take ROMA , 1 in the morning, 1 at lunchtime and 1 evening. It really does not work for me, especially taking at lunchtime. I will have to change all that,
Teva tablets can be split. Roma can't. Explain to your surgery that you need to split the tablet to get smaller doses to take several times throughout the day and you cannot split Roma. Make sure they write tablets on the prescription and not capsules. The only capsules are Roma so if they put capsules then you'll only get Roma. This worked for me so I can get the tablets I need rather than capsules
I had awful anxiety when I (twice) tried Roma, so filled in a yellow card to log this side effect. I now have Morningside only on my Liothyronine prescription. I’ve not tried Teva Liothyronine, but if it works for you. I’d ask for this specifically on your prescription.
I have been on T3 Teva for years and it suits me. Recently I added in Roma 5mcg instead of splitting tablets and I had a feeling of burning throughout my digestive system. I’m not sure it was the Roma but I’ve stopped it and I’ve asked the pharmacy only to supply me with Teva. You don’t say why it doesn’t suit you. I would look at the excipients - Roma has mannitol - no idea if this can affect people.
