At surgery now for a separate issue to thyroid and GP has slotted me in for a blood test here for rheumatoid arthritis, Can’t remember the Metavive protocol; I took it last night at bedtime, is it ok to do the test now

I would have the test on another day and follow the protocol. You can tell them no and ask to reschedule.

Are you taking B complex? Best to have stopped for 5 days so there's your get out 🤗

Or you could say you've been on Biotin, need a bit more notice to be off it a week ... or so... whatever you need.

just been diagnosed with hypothyroidism
