I'm now taking levothyroxine and liothyronine for hypothyroidism, and amlodipine and atenolol for blood pressure. Any advice on how to take it etc?

Levothyroxine should always be taken on its own, on an empty stomach, an hour before food or caffeine containing drinks.

Many people find taking it at bedtime works well for them.

Liothyronine is not so fussy so you could take that at the same time as your other medications.

Many people find splitting their dose of liothyronine throughout the day works for them. Depending on your dose you could take it 2 or 3 times a day. Usually morning and late afternoon or morning, late afternoon and bedtime.

Jaydee1507’s advice looks good to me. I’m on just levo for thyroid and Ramipril and Amlodopine for blood pressure. I take levo when (not if!) I get up during the night (usually between 3 and 5 am). I take ramipril in the evening and amlodopine with breakfast, so up to 12 hours apart. I wouldn’t take 2 blood pressure medications together, even of they act through different mechanisms.
