Hi has anyone used this service before I'm trying to find a private prescription for my low thyroid, the doctor will only prescribe T4 and i'm unable to convert, even with optimal vitamins etc
I'm operating on a tight budget so i can't afford hundreds but would be grateful if anyone knows where i can get a different prescription or T3 online etc.

Before considering booking any consultation you need FULL thyroid and vitamin test results
Do you have Hashimoto’s
Are you on gluten free or dairy free diet
What vitamin supplements are you taking
Remember to stop taking any supplements that contain biotin 5-7 days before test
Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
On T3 or NDT - day before test split T3 as 2 or 3 smaller doses spread through the day with last dose 8-12 hours before test

You are advised to get full thyroid profile bloods done to include TSH, FT4 & FT3 + vitamins ferritin, folate, B12 & D3 and antibodies before your appointment to avoid wasting your first visit.
