Alternatives to milk

I know there are lots of milk alternatives, eg soy milk, oat milk etc - does anyone know which one is the best for people trying to avoid calcium? I don’t really want to try soy milk, and as far as I can see, oats have some calcium. Does anyone know of a calcium free alternative? Thank you.

So oat milk would be safe for my mum within that 3 hour window, one hour after taking the levothyroxine? I’ve been looking through loads of webbies to find out about oats’ calcium levels, and found one 5 mins ago which said that 1 cup of oats has 350mg (or something like that) of calcium. Is it wrong?

Water only for an hour

Then can have what you like

Ideally high calcium foods like milk or broccoli 4 hours after

But if having real milk just have same thing everyday
