Hi Babybooboo237, welcome to the forum.

I expect a lot of people have had various combinations of those symptoms from time to time during their thyroid journey. There are over 300 known symptoms of hypo symptoms and everyone has their own personel symptom list, which can vary with time. I certainly have had periods when I couldn't get out of bed!

But, it sounds rather like you're under-medicated. How much levo are you taking? Do you have copies of your blood test results, with the ranges? If so, post them on here and let's have a look. :)

How much levothyroxine are you taking

How long on this dose

If not been tested recently

Request GP retest thyroid and vitamin levels

Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 tested

Also both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested at least once

Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least once year minimum

About 90% of primary hypothyroidism is autoimmune thyroid disease, usually diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies

Autoimmune thyroid disease with goitre is Hashimoto’s

Autoimmune thyroid disease without goitre is Ord’s thyroiditis.

Both are autoimmune and generally called Hashimoto’s.

Low vitamin levels are extremely common when hypothyroid, especially with autoimmune thyroid disease

20% of autoimmune thyroid patients never have high thyroid antibodies and ultrasound scan of thyroid can get diagnosis

In U.K. medics hardly ever refer to autoimmune thyroid disease as Hashimoto’s (or Ord’s thyroiditis)

Please any test results and ranges if you have any

Sweating, ridiculous, hot feet cold legs!

Hi, I also have sweats, any increase in ambient temperature/ humidity and I’m off. Some days I find I’m very tired but this is generally after a day at work. I get short of breath, GP is treating me for asthma even though the test they sent me for was inconclusive, inhalers have made no difference.

It’s depressing feeling rubbish. It sounds like you need your thyroxine increased. I hope your doctor is more understanding than mine.
