Hi yeah doc said few mo ths back about slightly high. And lowered to 125 but I felt rubbish. So taking 125/150 alternative days. I feel nearly fully back to my pre self to be honest. 2019 when first started this journey felt like a 90 yr old. And at 36 that was not good. I've told doc obviously if I notice any changes. Heart palpation etc then I will go back. The test was re do as I turned 40 and had a mot blòodtest , weight height etc and everything's good. So I'm going to continue as iam for now . Hope others are feeling better and don't be sick with the range carry on. Because I'm proof . I'm out of range and alot better.
