repeat blood test re U&E's

hiya, i received a phone call regarding my blood test (from yesterday) and I have been told the dr needs to repeat my U&E's but no explanation. can anyone give me a reason why they are asking for this plz

Urea and electrolytes

Serum sodium level 129 mmol/L [133.0 - 146.0]; Below low reference limit

Serum potassium level 4.5 mmol/L [3.5 - 5.3]

Serum urea level 8.5 mmol/L [3.5 - 7.2]; Above high reference limit

Serum creatinine level 82 umol/L [49.0 - 90.0]

Because two of the four tests have results which are out of range. Your GP is double checking to see if they come back out of range again, or to see if they were just temporarily out of range, before acting upon them.
